Led by a certified Krav Maga Global (KMG) instructors, the 45 or 60 minute lesson will start with a brief explanation of the class. Perfect for absolute beginners, students will get a taste of Krav Maga and learn self-Defence, while getting fit and having fun. Within the bespoke training facility, the session will cover a variety of self-Defence skills, self-confidence, self-discipline and self-awareness.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll know how to be safer, fitter, smarter and always ready.
