Your chocolatier will start the class off by providing an interesting insight into the history and process of chocolate, explaining each step from cocoa bean to bar. You can enjoy the taste of a variety of different quality and exotically flavoured chocolate. The two of you will create a giant chocolate button and your chocolatier will demonstrate how to make a dark chocolate ganache and you will then have the opportunity to make your own. You should leave with lots of tasty hand made treats - providing you don’t eat them all during your class.
